The vehicle's stock front axle is removed and replaced with a fully trimmed EZ Trac axle. Our axle GAWR rating ranges from 10,000-20,000 lb. and weigh 800-1,200 lb. less than traditional mechanical axles. Unlike traditional mechanical all wheel drive, EZ Trac maintains both OEM ride height and steering.
Hydrostatic Pump and Transmission-Mounted PTO
The hydrostatic pump is engaged on demand using a hot shift PTO. This allows for engagement without stopping the vehicle. The on-demand hydrostatic drive axle works in forward and reverse directions. The system can produce pressures over 6000 psi (420 bar) and provides each wheel with over 5,000 ft-lb (6750 Nm) of torque.

EZ Trac utilizes a custom cooler/tank combination to ensure the hydraulic temperatures stay at acceptable levels. The hydraulic filter and suction screens are designed into the cooler/tank for easy servicing. Multiple mounting configurations and integrated cooler/tank reduce the space needed for mounting.
